Registration Instructions​
Registering For the Portal
You can access the portal from our website's Support Menu's HelpDesk page or by navigating to: https://www.brightvinesolutions-support.com/tickets-view/
To register, click Launch New Portal
Follow the prompts at the bottom of the form. (Note: You will get a confirmation email from HubSpot. This email must be verified before the account is activated. If you don't receive the email, you can refer to these troubleshooting steps below.)

Troubleshooting (Portal Registration Email not received) :

Please check your Spam / Junk / Promotions folders for any messages from noreply@notifications.hubspot.com or helpdesk@brightvinesolutions-support.com.

If you use Outlook / Office 365:

Check the Quarantine area in the Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance Center and release any quarantined HubSpot emails.

If your Focused Inbox is enabled, verify emails from HubSpot aren’t stuck in “Other”.

Ask your IT department to check whether messages from HubSpot are quarantined or rejected at the gateway.

Check for emails from: noreply@brightvinesolutions-support.com or helpdesk@brightvinesolutions-support.com

Ask your IT department to Allowlist:

The following domains: shared.hubspot.com, hubspotemail.net, brightvinesolutions-support.com

Ask your IT team to ensure your spam/secure email gateway treats these as safe senders so registration emails can reach users’ inboxes.
