We’re introducing a new customer support portal designed to make it easier to submit, track, and manage your requests.

Important dates

March 19: New portal goes live — submit new tickets there after you register.

March 31: Legacy system fully retired, and open tickets will be transitioned to the new portal. You can continue to use the OneDesk Helpdesk (using the form below) until March 31st.
Access the new portal
You will need to register for the new portal using your organization's email. You can register by clicking the "Launch New Portal" button below. Instructions and tips can be found here.
