New Support Portal Launching March 19

We’re introducing a new customer support portal designed to make it easier to submit, track, and manage your requests. 


What to expect

Our new portal provides:

  • A single place to submit and monitor support tickets (for your entire organization) 

  • Improved visibility into ticket status

  • More efficient communications with our team


Important dates

  • March 19: New portal goes live — submit new tickets there after you register.

  • March 31: Legacy system fully retired, and open tickets will be transitioned to the new portal.  You can continue to use the OneDesk Helpdesk (using the form below) until March 31st.  


Access the new portal

You will need to register for the new portal using your organization's email.  You can register by clicking the "Launch New Portal" button below.  Instructions and tips can be found here.
