BrightVine, as a Blackbaud Partner, is working collaboratively to enhance FROG (Fundraiser on the Go) features in Blackbaud CRM™ and turn it into Blackbaud CRM™ Mobile by BrightVine. With one flat rate price, Blackbaud CRM™ Mobile by BrightVine can be used by your entire organization, not just by fundraisers. Speaking of mobile, that doesn't mean it's only available on a cell phone, with its responsive design, you can use the mobile view on your desktop, iPad, Surface, or any other device.
We're rolling our Blackbaud CRM™ Mobile by BrightVine features out in two stages. Phase 1 includes enhancements like those you see below, along with other new panels, configurations, etc. Phase 1 is now in General Release.
Phase 2 will include mapping features, reporting, and more configuration options and is anticipated for Q1 2022,
Within Blackbaud CRM™ you determine what search list, smart fields, salutation, constituent codes, etc you want to display in Blackbaud CRM™ Mobile by BrightVine
