Blackbaud CRM Technical Support Analyst

The Blackbaud CRM Technical Support Analyst role at BrightVine is responsible for providing technical support for Blackbaud CRM database and application issues. In this role, the Analyst will manage incoming support requests and manage critical incidents for enterprise-level customers.

If this describes you, take a look at what you'll do:

  • Create technical documentation.

  • Deploy, configure, and manage multiple Blackbaud CRM™ environments.

  • Ability to troubleshoot database performance and the ability to tune the database as needed.

  • Manage SLAs and delivery of support from detection/report through resolution.

  • Conduct root causes analysis and implements resolutions.

  • Record, review and categorize all tickets. Respond to tickets in a timely manner.

  • Keep accurate records.

  • Attend meetings and deliver project status updates (both internally and with clients).

  • Manage access to FTP sites for customers.

What You'll Need To Know:

  • Experience with Blackbaud CRM™ specifically required.

  • Experience with other packaged software solutions preferred.

  • Deep Experience with SQL Server 2014/2016.

  • Experience with Service-Oriented Applications required.

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, and others preferred.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years managing infrastructure and environments.

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • A successful track record of delivering complex projects.

  • BS or BA degree or relevant experience.

  • Ability to adhere to the highest standards of professionalism and care when dealing with confidential client and company information.

  • Proven organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and balance workload.

  • Available on a 24x7x365 basis for critical events.
