On the File Transfer Option we can delete the downloaded file but It would be helpful to have an option to archive the folder by automatically moving the file to a ~/Archive folder on the SMTP server. There an Archive option below file transfer but thats for the local BBCRM storage not the SMTP where our files actually live.
