While trying to call the Engaging Networks bulk API (https://www.engagingnetworks.support/knowledge-base/bulk-export-api-overview/) we noticed that there is no support for the results of a get in XML format. We wanted to send a request for enhancement to allow users consume an API that returns XML format (and/or csv format. 

In fact, what would be really great is if this XML format could mapped to a  custom table or something that would make the XML format more practical for large amounts of data. An Engaging Networks bulk API results is anywhere from 20K to 100K records and about 30 columns, so using the Extra Placeholder collection is not practical for that kind of volume.
