Add a right-clickable hyperlink to the Constituent record so that we can go and check it or update it in another tab without losing the screen we're on. Ideally this would be from the list of possible matching constituent records in the top section, so that we could go and, for example, see what alternative email addresses were on a record to verify a match. It was suggested to us that this might involve having a ListBuilder for the top part of the screen.
