During the implementation of Blackbaud CRM™, The United States Fund for UNICEF (USF), turned to BrightVine to redesign and implement their Marketing and Communications processes and to take over day-to-day operations for all Managed Services. BrightVine used the Marketing and Communications tools within Blackbaud CRM™ to maximize the effectiveness of USFs business processes.
Following implementation, BrightVine began managing the USF production schedule and creates all mailings, file pulls, data dumps, etc... from within Blackbaud CRM™.

How we RE: Thought Best Friends Animal Society's Blackbaud CRM™ GL redesign:
Best Friends Animal Society, a leading national animal welfare organization, did just that, opting to re-implement during an upgrade from Blackbaud CRM™ 3.0 to version 4.0. With the upgrade came opportunities to completely re-engineer and re-implement revenue and GL design, in order to better support their financial systems and reporting.
The concept of using Blackbaud CRM™ as a true sub-ledger was popular, but in order to actually accomplish this, Best Friends decided to undertake a full revenue re-conversion, including adding a newly designed Fundraising Hierarchy and Appeal structure, a new GL mapping, and enhanced reporting.
The design of the GL is a very complex undertaking and requires particular expertise in this area. BrightVine has the foremost functional, accounting and technical expertise in this area and used those skills and resources to provide Best Friends with the optimal design.
How we RE: Thought Habitat For Humanity's Integration and Reporting Needs:
Habitat For Humanity International hired BrightVine to build a custom import tool to replace out-of-the-box imports in Blackbaud CRM™. Leveraging industry standard technologies and streamlined architecture, BrightVine designed and implemented a solution to meet the client's critical data import and export needs. The solution enhanced Habitat for Humanity International's (HFHI) Blackbaud CRM™ implementation with increased import speed and efficiency. This customization was the precursor to BrightVine's Smart Data Loader tool.
In addition to addressing HFHIs integration needs, BrightVine was able to provide a variety of report and BI solutions, custom training and technical consulting to support the processes designed by the software vendor.
How we RE: Thought Prospect Management Design with Brown University:
Brown University went live with Blackbaud CRM™ and Blackbaud Internet Solutions™ with a highly customized solution. After using the system for some time, the project team decided to undertake a project to undo many of the customizations and utilize out of the box CRM functionality.
To assist with this project, Brown engaged BrightVine to redesign the implementation of prospect management, unwind customizations and transform data to be used with out of the box functionality.
The project allowed end users and IT project team members to work collaboratively to address the needs of the organization and provide reports and tools that fundraisers can utilize.
